Please note that refunds may not be applicable for:

Hourly work or custom solutions once started or delivered.
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, or paid plugins/tools.
2. Approval & Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will process and credit the amount to your bank account within 3–5 working days. We may require your banking details to complete the transaction securely.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted depending on the scope of the project and the amount of work already completed or delivered.
