Cloudiers LLC makes no guarantees as to the outcome or results from using our services. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The success of your website or online business depends on many factors outside of our control, including your own efforts, marketing, and market conditions.
2. Service-Specific Disclaimers
- A. Cloud Hosting Services
- Uptime: While we strive for maximum service uptime, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our services may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unforeseen circumstances such as network outages or hardware failures.
- Data Loss & Backups: You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining backups of your own data. While Cloudiers LLC may perform courtesy backups, we are not liable for any data loss. We strongly recommend you implement your own regular backup strategy.
- Security: We maintain a secure infrastructure, but you are responsible for securing your website or application, including using strong passwords, keeping software (e.g., WordPress, plugins) updated, and configuring appropriate security settings.
- B. Domain Name Services
- Availability: A search for a domain name that shows as “available” is not a guarantee of registration. Domain name availability is subject to change and is not confirmed until the registration process is successfully completed.
- Renewals: You are solely responsible for renewing your domain name before its expiration date. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your domain name. We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred due to an expired domain.
- C. SSL Certificates
- Validation & Issuance: The successful issuance of an SSL certificate depends on the validation process conducted by the Certificate Authority (CA). You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for this process. We are not responsible for delays or denials caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
- Compatibility: Our SSL certificates are compatible with all modern web browsers. However, we cannot guarantee their functionality on obsolete or non-standard browsers.
- D. Website Development Services (WordPress & Shopify)
- Third-Party Components: We are not responsible for the performance, security, bugs, or conflicts caused by third-party plugins, apps, themes, or software that you choose to install or integrate with your website.
- Post-Launch Responsibility: Our responsibility for a development project concludes upon completion and handover of the final product. We are not liable for any issues, errors, or security vulnerabilities that arise after the project is completed, especially those caused by changes made by you or third parties.
- No Guaranteed Results: We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, website traffic, sales, or other business results following the completion of a development project. SEO and digital marketing are separate services.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cloudiers LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us for the specific service in question during the three (3) months prior to the act that gave rise to the liability.
