At Cloudiers LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for our services. Our goal is to ensure you have a clear understanding of your options.
This policy is part of our main Terms & Conditions.
1. Cloud Hosting Services
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new shared and cloud hosting plans.
- Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to new hosting accounts and is valid for the first 7 days from the date of initial purchase.
- How it Works: If you are not completely satisfied with our hosting services within the first 7 days, you may cancel your account and request a full refund of the hosting fees paid.
- Exclusions:
- This guarantee does not apply to hosting plan renewals.
- The guarantee is void if the account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Fees for any other services purchased with your hosting plan, such as domain names or SSL certificates, are not covered by this guarantee and are non-refundable.
After the initial 7-day period, all hosting fees are non-refundable.
2. Domain Name Registration, Renewals & Transfers
All fees related to domain name services are strictly non-refundable.
- Reasoning: When we register, renew, or transfer a domain name on your behalf, we pay an upfront, irreversible fee to the central domain registry (e.g., ICANN). These costs cannot be recovered by us.
- Scope: This policy applies to all Top-Level Domains (TLDs) like .com, .net, .org, etc., and includes new registrations, renewals, and incoming transfers.
- Please ensure there are no spelling errors in your domain name before confirming your order.
3. SSL Certificates
All fees for SSL Certificates are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued by the Certificate Authority (CA).
- Similar to domain names, we incur non-recoverable costs from the CA once an SSL order is processed and the certificate is issued. We encourage you to ensure the details of your SSL order are correct before purchase.
4. Development Services (WordPress & Shopify)
All payments for custom development services are non-refundable.
- Reasoning: Our development services are labor-intensive and based on the time and resources invested by our team. Once a project has commenced (including planning, design, coding, and consultation), we cannot recover these costs.
- Scope: This applies to all project deposits, milestone payments, and final payments for any WordPress or Shopify development, customization, or design work.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible service (i.e., a new hosting plan within the first 7 days), please follow these steps:
- Contact our billing department by sending an email to info@cloudiers.com.
- Include your full name, account email address, the service in question, and the reason for your refund request.
- Please provide the invoice number related to the payment.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
7. Policy Changes
Cloudiers LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
